If you are seeing this page, your TechConnect service is suspended due to a failed payment.
Please follow the steps below to update your payment info and resume service to your device.
*Failure to update your payment method by 5/12/25 will result in a termination of your Tech Connect account. This will also ban you from joining for the benefit again in the future.
1) Go to the Tech Connect Dashboard and login to your FRVA account.
*Clicking the link above, or the button at the bottom of this page, will open up the Tech Connect Dashboard in another page so you can follow along!

2) Go to the My Devices section and click Billing under your device.

3) Enter your updated billing informartion and click Submit!
